Principles to Precinct - Nedlands

Fairplace was engaged by the City of Nedlands to translate community values into spatial planning guidance to inform the development of a Built Form Policy and future Precinct planning and design policies for the Nedlands Stirling Highway ActivityCorridor(NSHAC). The policies are needed to contextualise the changes to land use zoning along Stirling Highway and the adjacent residential areas which were incorporated into the gazettal of the City’s Local Planning Scheme No.3 in April 2019. This project was done in collaboration with the City of Nedlands.
